New Shareholder Account Manager Self-Registration Instructions

A new and improved Shareholder Account Manager is now available. In order to deliver a more secure login in for your account(s) you will need to create a new online registration. We believe that the enhancements we have made will give you a better overall account management experience.

This new portal experience will require you, as the account owner, to undergo a one-time self- service account registration to create a new user ID and password.

The self-service account registration experience has been enhanced and is now more secure with new requirements for identity verification, and user ID and password minimum requirements:

  • Requirements for identity verification: Name; Social Security Number; Account Number; Zip Code; Date of Birth; Mobile Phone Number or Home Phone Number; Email
  • Requirements for the User ID criteria: Between 8 - 36 characters; You may use these special characters . _ @
  • Requirements for the Password criteria: At least 8 characters long and you must use at least one of each of the following; Uppercase (A-Z) characters; Lowercase (a-z) characters; Numeric (0-9) characters; Special characters; ~ ! @ # % ^ & * ( ) ? [ ] { } | ; : , . < > / ?; Password and Confirm Password must match
