How Do I Register?

Create a new User ID and password by clicking "Don't have an account? Register now." Once you have registered for online access to your SAM account, log in to access your accounts.

What Information Will I Need to Register?

Account owners will need to create a new user ID and password, which requires:

  • Identity verification: Name; Social Security Number; Account Number; Zip Code; Date of Birth; Mobile Phone Number or Home Phone Number; Email
  • A new User ID: Must be between 8 - 36 characters. You may use these special characters . _ @
  • A new password: Must be at least 8 characters long and you must use at least one of each of the following:
    • Uppercase (A-Z) characters
    • Lowercase (a-z) characters
    • Numeric (0-9) characters
    • Special characters; ~ ! @ # % ^ & * ( ) ? [ ] { } | ; : , . < > / ?
    • Your password and confirm password entries must match

Can I Reset My Password or User ID?

From the Sign In page, choose "Forgot password?" or "Forgot User ID?" to update or reset your password or User ID.

You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your User ID and password. It is always a good practice to periodically change your Internet password and/or PSS Investor Line Personal Identification Number.

What Does PFS Investments Do if Business Is Disrupted?

PFS Investments Inc. ("PFSI") has developed a Business Continuity Plan that addresses how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. PFSI maintains off-site storage arrangements for critical data as well as an off-site back-up facility that is equipped to sustain critical operations. In case of a disruption affecting only PFSI's Duluth, Georgia headquarters, we will transfer our operations to our off-site facility, if needed. In case of a disruption affecting our entire region, PFSI will work to recover and resume operations as soon as possible. In either situation, PFSI customers would be able to access their funds by contacting Primerica Shareholder Services via telephone at (800) 544-5445; via the internet at shareholder.primerica.com, via mail to Primerica Shareholder Services, Attention: 534485, 500 Ross Street, 154-0520, Pittsburgh, PA 15262; or through their local PFSI Representative.
